This is sad. The items will not be moved by any governmental agency.

I want this person to be captured!

I hope someone knows which cement company is responsible for this..

Great info Redwood Road. -- I shared this link with Libby's office. Hopefully they will take the time to read and act. I dont mind helping the City out by doing my fair share but begging or forcing them to move is getting old. Thanks for the info.

I will send this to Libby Schaaf's Office. She lives near here and I am sure she drives by it daily. What a mess (no pun).

Sick and tired of it. The bags have been here for a while now and is only a foot or two from Redwood... ---- What does the City do with the camera a-top each intersections street lights? I have asked many in the City this but no one seems to know. Seems they can catch these people if the put the camera's to use.

Thanks Frank. I agree on the neighbors not caring. I have pulled weeds on the islands before Terrabella and Campus/Sereno Circle. My neighbors pretended they did not know me as they drive by.

We should start a volunteering campaign where we ask many to get involve and demand the city divert traffic on the days we do the Public Works job as it is dangerous to pull weeds on Redwood!

Finally, I have asked for garbage cans to be placed in this area. I was told that Pub Works and AC Transit are removing cans throughout various parts of the city as people are now doing curbside drop offs of their home garbage!

What a mess and when will it end?!?

I agree Frank. --- We pay all the taxes yet the hood recv's all the services in speedy time such as the Police! The cops are there ALL the time yet when we call and need police services, we wait 50 minutes or more if they ever show at all. Upsetting :-(

Thank you Pub Works very much. I do wish the speed of the pickup was faster but we are now happy. ---- As our Police services now primarily service the hood and now Pub Works who at one time would respond much faster to a sidewalk blockage such as this. Our taxes go somewhere in O (likely the hood) while the people collect welfare, drain police services, flood jails (where the State pays $40K per year for each prisoner and ONLY $9K for each student), and the vast majority of International Blvd business pay zero taxes (cash business). Something wrong with the place.

I almost got hit a few moments ago. Please fix asap before someone gets hit? This has been a problem for several days now.

This problem has never been resolved however was closed. Please take a look at this pic taken yesterday evening. I drove past the location moments ago and the illegal duping is still present. The only thing that has been moved is the shopping cart.

Stolen shopping carts, liquor, drugs, tents, people who harass law obeying citizens who walk in front of 1221 Oak St, a County building every night after 7 pm and all weekend as the offices are closed on weekends.

The County secures the parking garage however allows drug addicts to sleep in front of the building and the bother people and children who are walking home from Bart, attempting to access the library, the museum, or who are jogging towards the Lake.

Items were picked up. Not sure who picked up... but is no longer there.
