Dog walker

As one approaches the traffic light on Willow going towards Orange street, the traffic light at Foster (particularly the red light portion of the traffic light) is starting to get obscured by the tree leaves/branches, so a driver might not see the red light until he/she is pretty close to the intersection, making it difficult to stop in time. I recommend trimming the trees a bit.
