    issue with road sinking/ manhole raising.. has gotten worse over the past year, person driving the loader plowing last winter had issue with hitting man hole cover. a small patch was made a couple years ago.. would it be possible to have low spots leveled out before winter to make it easier for everyone.. i know sewer separation was supposed to start next year but i'm sure that is pushed back now with covid... entire street could use some love before separation is done... anything, even a temporary patch would help greatly

    All streets off of old field appear to have been plowed except for Polaski Ave... I realize this wasn't much of a storm and this street may have just been overlooked... just want this to not keep happening... street is tough enough to get up and down...

    Same issue as last year... when you come down Wilson toward old field, you cannot see traffic coming from your left due to overgrowth... forcing you to pull into intersection just to check for traffic... only a matter of time before an accident occurs... this is something that needs to be stayed on top of...

    Curious as to when Polaski Ave is going to be redone... every year I watch this street just crumble... all the other streets in the area are in decent shape and wide... this street is so beyond repair and is so narrow and so many people park on street that it is basically a one lane road most of the way down... shouldn't have to wait any longer to have something done abut the street... city sure has no problem sending property tax bill which should be paying for the street...

    There is an old patch in road that has sunk in... With people parking on side of road you have no choice but to drive through it.. Only see it getting worse with winter coming... I realize the street will not be redone until the sewer desperation but the entire street is falling apart and like going off-roading just to get to your house...

    Coming down Wilson and coming to the stop sign at old field.. It is very difficult to see traffic coming from the left.. There are bushes and weeds that have been growing wild recently... Making it a safety hazard due to the fact you have to pull out into the intersection just to see if there is a vehicle coming... Do not know if this is a city issue or land owner issue... But land owner does not seem to care about this section of land and is not inconvenienced by this overgrowth being there.. Please address this is one of 2 major roads to come in and out of this area...

    Manhole sinkhole was patched last year... Now over the winter end of driveway next to this patch frost heaved and more of the pavement for street breaking up... Making it very tough to come into driveway... Also plows tore up front yard for second year in a row... Would like curbing installed

    when coming down Wilson ave heading onto oldfield. when you stop at the stop sign you are forced to pull out into intersection to see if cars are coming because brush on the left and right of you is so overgrown.. I don't know if this is due to land owner neglect or is a city issue.. I myself have several instances of almost getting hit because some people will pull right out because they cant see.. this is a main connector road to this area.. please address.. thank you

    There is a man hole cover in the street in front of my driveway that has become more of an issue since the winter ended.. the pavement around it was breaking up last fall and the plows this winter kept hitting there blades on it making it even more of a lip.. now the pavement next to it in sinking in... not to mention the entire street is in disarray.. I have called about when we are slotted for sewer separation but we wont be done unitl 2021-2023.. something really needs to be done about this before then please.. I live down at the end of the dead end and have no choice but to drive up and down this torn up road every day.... thank you
