This pile of trash was placed at the curb on Wednesday (3/13) afternoon - AFTER trash had been picked up for the week. So once again we need to look at a mess for a week, while rain, animals, and wind make it worse

Several times (4-5) over the last week I have been traveling westbound on Washington Ave and have experienced the same issue with the traffic signal at Washington and Homestead. My understanding is that this signal is meant to be activated by a car coming off Homestead or by a pedestrian pushing the button to cross Washington Ave.

However, as I travel through the green light at Manning, the signal at Homestead turns red with no one nearby - neither a car on or coming off Homestead nor a pedestrian. Is this signal meant to work on a timed basis like the one at Manning or is there a problem with the signal at Homestead? If it is meant to be timed, could it be coordinated a bit better with the signal at Manning?

This tree was taken down over a year ago, but the stump has not yet been removed and has become a tripping hazard for passersby and folks getting out of cars

Sadly this little leaf linden seems to have died - no leaves and the branches are dried and brittle. It will need to be removed.

Noxious Weed on Tree - Looks like Poison Ivy (a problem around the neighborhood). Should be removed before it either infects someone or the berries develop and get eaten and distributed by the birds

There is a piece of lumber screwed into place at the bottom of the railing in front of this property that is sticking into the middle of the sidewalk. This is a hazard to all passersby, but is especially dangerous to those who are visually impaired, using a wheelchair/scooter, or pushing a stroller. This sidewalk is right next to the street, so the lack space around the piece of lumber is especially dangerous.

There are weeds and overgrowth sticking out of the fence on the Hudson Ave side of this property that pose a hazard to pedestrians passing by. This is right next to a building that houses disabled senior citizens and could pose hazards to them or even be dangerous. These need to be trimmed back to improve the safety of passersby.

The shoots growing out of the base of this tree are sticking out into the sidewalk and causing a hazard to passersby. There is a large building that provides housing for disabled senior citizens right down the street. This could be particularly dangerous for them. The tree is otherwise fine, these shoots just need to be trimmed.

Urgent!!! This skunk has been dead in the road since last night! It is stinking up the neighborhood! I have tried the APD non-emergency number, DEC, DGS, animal control and back to APD. Dispatcher said he will try to help, but this effort to find help has been going on since at least 1:15pm, when we discovered the source of the smell.

Street light is out - this is one of the new ones put in last winter

Front of this house is over grown with weeds and has trash cans scattered anout the front yard. Also, 3rd floor windows have been wide open for at least a year, in all weather. Looks like it's abandoned.

This tree has fallen against this house in the last hour or so. Not sure if it jas broken windows or damaged the house

Both the front of the building and the triangle strip between the street and the sidewalk are extremely overgrown.
