    This Washington street westbound location has a lane shift before the lights and the rightmost lane is displaced by the shifted right lane. The rightmost lane effectively becomes a right turn only lane. However, the lane separator lines are poorly painted and their direction is unmarked. There is also no sign for the rightmost lane being right turn only. There is confusion and road rage here daily because everyone thinks they are right, and they are! Please fix the lane separating lines, paint the lane directions and position a right lane for right turn only. Bring this place up to code please!

    It's a risky location prior to a busy exit and people are swerving to avoid it.
