    The storm drain is still blocked after the culvert construction into North Ketchum Park. The water is washing over the curb into RIce Creek. The roots are becoming exposed on the good sized maple tree there. The is debris washed up here.

    The bathroom is now unlocked but none of toilets flush. All of the toilets have been used. Maybe the water is off because I could not turn on any of the sinks. This is not good for Mother's Day Weekend.
