Broadway And Lindbergh Ave Albany, New York - North Albany-Shaker Park
After informing DGS a couple of times about a trash can over flowing with trash, they inform me that the can belongs to CDTA. After calling CDTA's call center at least 4 times, and talking to the supervisor Amy,the trash was picked up after about three days, three weeks after I notified them about the trash and Not before most of the overflow had all ready blown all over north Albany. They,CDTA, did pick up the general area but by that time most was blown away. Well as some form of vengeance/retaliation the CDTA decided to remove the trash can that they knew was clearly being used by its patrons at the bus stop 00135. I called Amy again and she said the garbage can would be placed back. That was two months ago.

There seems to be an abandoned boat & trailer sitting at the bottom of Lindbergh Ave by Broadway. Lindbergh Ave is a opposite side parking every other day and the boat never moves. I don't know if it is owned, but if it is the owner is not to considerate of his/her neighbors by not respecting the parking rules. I don't want the city to just tow it creating an unnecessary monetary burden, unless it is indeed abandoned. If it is owned please give the owner the necessary time to remove the boat from the roadway to a proper storage location. Thank you

I get off work @ 4 Monday through Friday. Every time I call Albany Water Departments customer service @ 4:15 to 4:25 (when I get home) I can never get through. I ask what time they close and am told 4:30. I say "Its 4:23" why are they closed, and I never get a good response. Either the Customer service stops working before the end of there shift or they are leaving early. I dont know what but I want someone to check into this issue and find out why I cant get anyone on the phone at 4:23 If they are open till 4:30.
