    Tree Trimming Acknowledged

    Hi,
    The tree in front of my home has been trimmed by (the city? the Utility companies?) over and over, since it's not the right type of tree for under utility wires. It has been left weakened and is now growing towards my house, both the trunk and the branches.

    How can I have this tree removed so I can work with URI to plant a more appropriate tree for the location?

    I can have it trimmed myself until you're able to inspect it?
