At 7:49am, 3 Oct 19, over ten cars in turn lane and no left turn arrow at beginning of cycle. At least three cars were in line from the previous cycle and had not been able to turn. Previous mornings the left turn signal is set so only three cars can turn on green arrow, even though the line is backed up past the entrance to King Hall. After 8am, it appears the left turn arrow operates based on road sensors, but before 8am it is set on a short cycle, and this morning did not even do that.

Traffic/Street Sign Archived7230 Bailey Cove Rd Se Huntsville, AL 35802, USA - HuntsvillePeople driving north on Bailey Cove get in the turn lane past Old Carriage to make an illegal left turn into the Sonic Drive-In, in spite of the posted "No Left Turn" sign. These people think they office have the right of way over those of us in the turn lane, headed south, turning left on Old Carriage into our neighborhood. Police need to monitor for these illegal left turns into Sonic, especially around the lunch and dinner hours.

This was assigned case #2860721 on 1 September and no action has been taken. In the original file, I wrote on 16 September that nothing had been done. Now the case has been closed to comments, even though nothing has changed, except the weeds are getting higher.

The issue was closed, but as of this morning, 9/9/2015 the high grass and weeds still have not been cut around the edges of the big truck turn-around. There is no change to the image posted with the original issue #1868536. How long does the owner have to get this property cleaned up?
