3900 Block Of Cutshaw Avenue Richmond, Virginia - Sauer's GardensThere are huge puddles in this alley that keep water in them most of the time. We see that someone has put a small amount of gravel into some of these holes but most of them remain filled with water. Parking areas cannot be accessed by residents because they are full of water that drains very slowly or not at all. Does the city not have gravel to fill these holes or pavers to smooth out the surface and get this alley able to be used?

3900 Block Of Cutshaw Avenue Richmond, Virginia - Sauer's GardensThere is still a buildup of water at and close to this sewer that is not draining and results in residents having to jump over puddles, hold onto cars to get past the water to get to their cars. This is ridiculous. They city has been up here because the neighbors saw them. They placed a red thing near the sewer and nothing has been done since. City trucks have been seen further out on Monument with the truck that clears sewers but nothing in our neighborhood.
