with the rebuilding of Middlesex and tolland drives will the drainage system that exists behind the homes on Middlesex , litchfield and that are maintained by the town's right of way behind those homes, be included in the upgrade and new drainage systems being installed.

The setup for voting in the one gym is too crowded and confusing .

A dumpster has been placed on the front lawn of hb stowe school. I had assumed that it was for construction in the building which appears to have ended. Having worked at the school when it was the public safety academy I am aware that a dumpster area exists in the northeast corner of the parking lot by the rear of the gym. Please have the dumpster moved asap to its proper spot for the benefit of the neighborhood. Thank you.

Since the time of councilwoman burchell wher post office rd was rebuilt water accumilation developes after rain storms and does not disappate in atimely fashion. Large puddles develope and effects traffic in both directions of wagon and post office. Once again after this storm the large puddle of accumilated water developed.

Prior concern reported on 9/30 conerming asphalt waste. On 10/1 received a response that it would be addressed by contractor when the project was completed. Repaving of Phoenix ave was completed over a week ago. Debrise remains on the side of the road and median. This situation does not contrbute to the area nor does it speak well of the contractor or town supervision. We have limited space in the industrial park due to wetlands. Keeping up appearences of the area is important to luring businesses to develope the industrial park and the significant traffic utilizing the roadway. Perhaps the other streets in the area need to be checked as well.

Previously repaired road depressions are developing in the northbound lane in the areas of 29, 25, and 21. They do not appear to be potholes more along the lines of small sinkholes.

Phoenix ave. Asphalt Debris in serveral locations northbound after completion of recent resurfacing.

On windam at several locations the sealing process is deteriorating particularly at driveway locations. Project should be inspected

Now that the public safety academy has moved out of the hb stowe school can we the psa signs removed and back to hb stowe school which we all know was named in honor of a great woman of connecticut.

I had reported concerns regarding drainage in may. The response given was that storm drains in the area of concern would be checked and cleaned. Has this been done. Thank you.

At 2 middlesex and between 8 and 10 middlesex there are small sinkholes that have developed in the southbound roadway. Dangerous condition for bikers and walkers. Particularly if they grow larger

I recently noticed windham rd surface cracks were repaired with liquid tar. Will the remander of the neighborhood be repaired in the same manner. If so when. If not why.

There are many homes in the area bordered by. post office steel tolland fairfield that have town right of way drainage lines in their backyards. Drainage has been much slower this year and with the heavy rains expected my concerns grow having basement flooding 3 tlmes within a ten year period. After installing a sump pump no fooding
