Traffic light going east does not change in the morning. North and south are usually green and once in a while west will get a green light but it will stay red for those going east. This happens around 6:00 AM. I have watied several minutes and with other cars in other lanes on the sensors, it still does not change. I have to go down hiatus and make a U-turn to continue on Johnson street and this light is a problem.
