    The block of Willow Street from Whitney Ave to Livingston St needs to be repaved. There are so many potholes that it is becoming dangerous to drive down.

    There is not a pedestrian crossing signal at this intersection and pedestrians have to cross with the green traffic light, which is not long enough for a person to cross at walking speed, let alone in competition with cars that are turning.
