    The Left turn light heading westbound on 1960 @ E Lake Houston Parkway going into Fairlake Cove Apartments does not change. It remains red regardless of how many cycles you sit at the light. Eventually we are FORCED to run the light while traffic is clear on 1960 heading eastbound. This is a consistent problem that has been occurring for about 6 weeks. Please fix the light.
