    There is an irrigation sprinkler on the corner as you get on the freeway that is spewing water. While we may be better off after two decent winters this is a glaring case of waste. Not sure if this should goto the city of emeryville or CalTrans, but it needs to be addressed immediately.

    A project was started over a year ago to improve the 6-way intersection where Adeline and Market Streets intersection. The two corners had new concrete poured and looks like either new stoplights or strat lights have the bases installed, but not the light themselves. Big orange signs are still present along Adeline that say Road work ahead, but no one has been working there for months. Who is responsible for this project and making sure that it is completed?
    When it rains, and fortunately it hasn't much this year, water pools in areas on both the Market and Adeline sides of the street because of a lack of sewers or proper grading. This is not my first post about this with no action to correct so far.

    This project to “fix” the intersection and corners where Adeline, Market, Aileen, and 57th all come together was a good idea in theory. The first problem is that it took forever and still appears to be incomplete. If it is actually finished then can you have the contractor or a city crew come back and remove the big orange constuction zone signs. I would specifically appreciate removing the one the is directly in front of my house on Adeline Street and that the sidewalk is fixed when it is removed.

    Second is that now it is completed it has created two large areas where water collects on both Adeline and Market street because of the slope of the street and the fact that there is no sewer opening at the low point on either sides of the street. Fortunately it hasn’t been a dry wet season so far, but in only one storm it created standing water that was overtaking the sidewalk and will eventually go into the yards of the house on the corner. On the Adeline side of the street there is still a pile of gravel, who knows what that is for.

    So not only did it take forever to complete, but it was a terribly executed job and has created more problems then it was supposed to correct.

    Please let me know what is going to be done about it.

    Pothole just doesn't cover it. This section of telegraph might be the worst street in all of Oakland. It's sad because the restaurants and businesses in this are are improving and doing great, but the street is falling apart. Please fix.

    Homeless camp and tons of trash and other problems that come with it. Props to the city and chp for clearing them out a few weeks ago, but then two days later they are right back there. We need a fence at the top of the incline so that the flat area is inaccessible. The trash and the human waste is disgusting and unsafe.

    I was issued a parking citation on 5/17 at 1:06 am by officer P.B. My problem with this ticket that was for being in a area scheduled for street sweeping is that the street was not swept. I went back to the location the next morning and the gutters were still littered with teas and the familiar dark pavement that is left behind for a few days after being swept was not there. Seems really shady to issue a ticket for something that never happened. Even in my neighborhood, Santa Fe I haven't seen a street sweeper on the scheduled days in months. We have enough thieves in our city. We don't need he city itself to steal from its residents. Meanwhile our mayor drives around in a Lexus SUV paid for by the city.

    It was a pothole that was fixed or someone accessed something under the street but the patch job was a poor one and it is a huge depression right where the right wheels should track. I think it has bent my wheels. It's a big hazard and is doing damage daily to unsuspecting motorists.

    Bottle and can collectors move up and down Adeline at all hours and days. They move their carts down the middle of the street ignoring and blocking vehicle traffic.

    I receive a note saying this was fixed but it hasn't been. The left turn lane and new green arrow when turning left onto 55th from market when traveling south stays green for maybe 5 seconds allowing 3 cars at the most. The timing should be changed to allow more cars.
