Plow truck was stuck while trying to backup leaving asphalt roadway causing deep ruts in front of1405 Pleasant ave. Also while plowing, truck driver unintentionally removed about 50' of asphalt surface pushing it to the dead end street leaving a large pile of gravel and asphalt.
