Noisy motor bike doing tricks and regularly buzzing street

Loose bricks piled up near sidewalk in Pitkin Plaza = major trip hazard. Also, today, 2 panhandlers (1 throwing cig buts at feet of pedestrians, 2 bikes (Deli delivery guy again) blocking sidewalk on Orange abutting the Plaza.

Almost hit twice today (about 1:15-1:20 p.m. 12-21-15) by man riding bicycle on sidewalk and pedestrian crosswalk between federal building and K&G Deli. Think it may be the deli delivery guy. He was rude when I asked him to get off the sidewalk. Please make this stop.

There's a deep pothole at the manhole cover in the middle of Grand Ave. near Ferraro's. At p.m. drive time, there is almost always an older brown van parked on the street in front of Ferraro's street entrance. The van narrows the road in such a way that eastbound cars are easily forced into the pothole - especially with oncoming traffic. It happened to me more than once and it's very hard on the car. This has been going on since last snow season. I reported it, but its never been fixed.
