    220 Plato Boulevard Saint Paul, Minnesota - West Side
    Category not quite accurate. To the driver leaving Frattallone's onto Plato, only a right turn is available but nowhere is that posted. Twice recently I have encountered drivers who turned left sitting at the traffic light directlty in the path of oncoming or turning traffic--which might be unable to see them, much less expect anyone to be there. RTO Signs needed!

    At least fourteen lights are out on the bridge, and at least three are missing globes or even the entire light fixture.

    553-555 Grand Avenue Saint Paul, Minnesota - Summit Hill
    At the bend of Grand Avenue, just about the point where Oakland enters, is a cluster of deep potholes. Westbound cars have no choice but to come almost to a halt and creep among the potholes. It's a big hassle for the buses on the route as well.

    49-83 Dale Street South Saint Paul, Minnesota - Summit Hill
    Just south of Grand, as you enter the southbound lane of Dale, is a huge pothole. People turning into the street from Grand don't see it until they are on top of it, and the only place they have to go is right into oncoming northbound traffic.
