    I'm not quite sure where to place the location pin and I can't stop and take a photo or submit from the location because this is a freeway offramp. When you take the San Pablo / MacArthur exit and the left-hand MacArthur fork cominu south on the 80/580 , gnderneath the second overpass there is a large pothole in the offramp on the northernmost side of the lane. At the right speed and angle would definitely pop a tire or cause an accident

    There is a deep pothole at the NW corner of Aileen and Telegraph with a very sharp angle (a 90 degree angle between the street top and the walk of the hole going down) that creates a very hard impact as the tire moves forward in the hole It's likely to produce flat tires for any car that moves into the hole at normal speed The location address in this report isn't quite right - the app won't let me report without a single street number

    There are many deep and wide potholes on this short section of Ford (around 2816-2814 Ford) - I was navigating the street today in daylight, and trying to avoid numerous potholes, as was the car in front of me.

    I was not successful - while I was navigating the street on this block my car shifted in an odd way, and there was a loud bang from the right rear of the car. Not long after that while on the freeway the tire pressure warning light came on, and when I got home I found my right passenger side car tire lacerated, the tire flat. I'm fortunate I was able to make it home.

    The street lights at the NW corner of 45th/MLK have been rotated on the pole so that they don't point directly at the opposite side of the street, where drivers and pedestrians can easily see them. Could they be reoriented to face the opposite corners squarely?

    Super giant pothole in the westbound lane (furthest north lane) underpass on MacArthur heading towards the freeway West of Market street. No way to photograph in the underpass and every car I've driven has nearly bottomed out in the near dark underpass.
