It's been at least 6 weeks since the road was paved and curbs repaired. The crew left behind cones and drums. They also peeled back the landscaping border and did not replace or remove it. Please have the company come and remove the landscaping border and all of the equipment they left, not only in the entryway, but the neighborhood as well. Thank you.

Repair is needed of the cement for the street drain.

The area is larger than this, but I can only upload one photo. This is on Ashmont Blvd looking East. The cracked area at the bottom of the photo is also a dip. The gray areas toward the top are where potholes have developed. I would like someone from Public Works to come out on Aug 2nd and discuss with me (HOA President) how this road has been rated.

Across from 2275 Cecil Ashburn (Nazarene Church) is an empty lot. This lot has trees that are blocking the view of oncoming traffic coming down the mountain. If you are sitting in the median waiting to turn left into the church parking lot, right when you think it is clear, and proceed, another car appears. Please trim these trees back so drivers can see further up the curve.

Street light on the southeast corner of Collier and Ashmont is flickering out.

A request was submitted to raise the shoulder at 1400 Four Mile Post to allow the mail truck to approach with ease. You did a great job right in front of 1400 Four Mile Post, was wondering if you could raise the shoulder between the road and sidewalk about 75 feet BEFORE 1400 Four Mile Post. Thank you.

The area between the road and the sidewalk has eroded to the point that there is a significant drop off. This makes it harder for the mail trucks to get to the mailbox. It would make it quicker, and ease traffic backups, if there was asphalt added to the shoulder to make it a smoother transition from the road. Would you please look into adding asphalt in this area. Thank you.

The area of concern is the land of the city's that starts at the end of Old Brook Trail, is between the houses of Leafmore Dr and Leafmore Circle, and goes up to Green Tree Trail. There have been several trees that have fallen onto homeowner's property, not causing damage, but enough to concern the HOA. We haven't seen anyone from the city ever come look at this property, so we are asking the city to come evaluate what can be cleaned up, what trees may need to come down, and if any clearing of vines and shrubs could be done. That might help with the snakes and rodents, as it's a decent walking area as well. Thank you.

There are other street lights on our street, but this is a dark spot. The house across from me (15005) has been vacant for years and has recently become the target of thieves. We have video, but it is too dark for any details. We would welcome someone from the city to come and evaluate the area. I wouldn't mind the pole being in my frontage area, or across the street, just as long as this dark spot is lit up. Thank you.

The Yield sign and post were replaced the day after the sign was ran over, but the street signs atop the pole have not been replaced. Can we get new ones, please?

Going southbound on Whitesburg, just after 4 Mile Post, there is a sign that says "Detour Cole Dr" and a traffic cone left over from the construction on 4 Mile Post.

The home at 14097 Carlisle Dr. has been vacant and ignored for some time. Various animals have called it home (currently foxes), trees are overgrown, grass unkept, rotten siding, open windows, and we cannot get a hold of the owner. It has been this way for years. The HOA needs help with this property.

The drain from the street empties behind our house and continues through the neighborhood. The ditch is full of dirt and weeds.

You are headed East on Hobbs Rd. when you approach the light at Bailey Cove Rd. If you turn right, or left, how would you know you are in a school zone? There are no signs indicating such, so when travelers who are not familiar with that zone come through, they have no idea and could easily speed and receive a ticket for something they are not aware of.
