3150 98th Ave Oakland, CA - Toler HeightsThere are over grown weeds and grass on the sidewalk some almost 5ft high, you can't walk that side walk without jumping over weeds. Location is the empty lot across the 76 gas station next to the SB 580 entrance on 98th Ave. Also the grass in that lot that was blocked off by the city is also grown and dry. Being that this is 4th of July weekend this is a potential fire hazard from possible fireworks.
