The pedestrian walk signal that should be facing to the north to allow for visibility for those crossing from the odd number side of Penn to the even number side of Penn is turned to face to the east. It just needs to be adjusted back to the correct position so that pedestrians can see the "walk" sign when they are waiting to cross. Thank you. There are two green trash cans out front that are full and need to be picked up. The bags were outside Sunday night and someone tore them open and went through the trash. I picked up everything and put the bags into the cans but they need to be picked up today please. We are moving and need the cans empty for additional trash, especially if passers by are digging through trash bags. Please send the garbage collectors to come and pick up these two cans full of trash today. I know they will be doing runs nearby in Eckington/NoMa and SE Capitol Hill. Thank you!

I left six trash bags outside for collection. As of this time, not only have they not been collected, but someone went through two of them and debris is out front on the curb. I will clean it up and bag it again, but really need the trash collectors to come get it ASAP so this doesn't happen again. Thank you.

Someone dumped a chair on the sidewalk In front of 718 10th Street NE. Several neighbors and I reported this last week, but the chair is still there. It is blocking pedestrian traffic and is a public nuisance. It is an area where rabid animals can live. Please remove it ASAP. Thank you.
