It was patch-up several yeara ago, but it needs a permanent repair. Water does not flow well the and it breeds weeds. In addition, water does flow well and it builds up; in the winter it develops an iced over are that ishazardous.

Broken branch on tree Archived611 Allison St Ne Washington, District of Columbia - Catholic University-BrooklandAs a result of one of the recent storms, a branch of this tree broke, but it is still attached to the tree; it is drying up daily. This tree is on the easement area of the property (City responsibility, I believe). I am requesting the removal of the broken branch.
