    The southbound lanes of North Capitol Street have several large bumps that need repair URGENTLY! The bumps start soon after Hardwood Rd NW; and the worst ones are after the Scale Gate Rd bridge (to Soldiers Home) and before the exit to the hospitals/Irving St.

    At the end of the driveway on the street, the area is broken up bad. It was patch-up several yeara ago, but it needs a permanent repair. Water does not flow well the and it breeds weeds. In addition, water does flow well and it builds up; in the winter it develops an iced over are that ishazardous.

    As a result of one of the recent storms, a branch of this tree broke, but it is still attached to the tree; it is drying up daily. This tree is on the easement area of the property (City responsibility, I believe). I am requesting the removal of the broken branch.
