How is someone supposed to report an issue with a traffic light at Staley Road and Healthcare Drive, when SeeClickFix states that it is outside of the City of Champaign service area, and refuses to take the report? The city limit boundaries on this app are worthless.

Street lights on Curtis Road between Freedom Blvd and Duncan Road are lit 24 hours a day.

There is a panel of concrete on Curtis Road that has cracked and is falling apart. There are multiple chunks of concrete that has come loose and are along the curb. This panel is between Wynstone and Cherry Hills Drive, in both eastbound lanes. It has been repaired with chipseal once, but has gotten much worse.

Can someone work with SeeClickFix to ensure that the boundaries for the City are complete and accurate within their program? I just tried to open a complaint for the intersection of Fields South Drive and Curtis (nearest street address would be the Haymakers at 3501 Fields South Drive) and neither that intersection or address is recognized as being within the city limits. Thanks!

This is for the intersection of W. Curtis Road and Fields South Drive. The SeeClickFix program doesn't recognize ANY of that area on the west side of I-57 as being a part of the City of Champaign (even though it clearly is). This is the NW corner of Curtis and Fields South Drive. That ditch might drain a little easier if someone would remove the grassy dam inside of the red circle. That ditch doesn't drain... because it can't, and will shortly be a breeding spot for mosquitoes.

Chunks of concrete (one as big as a large loaf of bread) have come out of Curtis Road, eastbound, halfway between Mattis and Freedom Blvd. Chunks of concrete are laying on the shoulder.

Along Curtis Road, between Wynstone Drive and Duncan Road (including Cherry Hills Drive), the gutters and inlets are badly overdue for a cleaning. The debris has been in the gutters so long, that grass and weeds are growing on the debris. Many of the storm drain inlets are nearly clogged with leaves and debris.

Can someone PLEASE fill the potholes on the stretch of Windsor Road between Neil and First? Please? That section of road is likely one of the most used sections of road in Champaign Urbana. The concrete is crumbling, and when it rains, the potholes appear.

Please fill the multiple potholes IN the intersection and AROUND the intersection of Windsor and First. This is some of that famously bad concrete that taxpayers got to pay for, that simply starts crumbling in bad weather. Thanks.

Please fix potholes in the intersection of First and Windsor, especially in the south half of intersection (First St. going south). They have been marked in orange spray paint by the Illini Triathlon organizers. Some are very deep and are a hazard to bicyclists.

Immediately east of the old Columbia School, along the gutter for the southbound lanes of Neil Street, there is water forcibly bubbling up through a crack in the street. It is then running south along Neil, and dropping into a storm drain. Someone with Champaign Public Works needs to investigate, and possibly get the water company involved for a water line break.

Something has changed lately in the programming of the traffic light at Neil Street and Fox Drive/St. Mary's Road.

On Wednesday night at 5pm, December 7th, traffic on westbound St. Mary's Road was backed up halfway to Oak Street, as the light at Neil Street was not allowing enough westbound traffic through the intersection at Neil Street. For example, the left hand turn lane, to allow westbound traffic on St. Mary's to go south onto Neil, was only allowing about three or four cars to go south on each cycle of the turn arrow. That's not enough flow at 5pm, and traffic steadily was backing up on St. Mary's, back towards Oak Street.

Please check the programming and allow MORE traffic to get off of St. Mary's Road onto Neil Street. Something has changed, since this has never been a problem until lately.

Can someone with Urbana Public Works please find a couple of minutes to please remove the dead raccoon from the middle of the two lanes Windsor Road, that are open to traffic? It has only been laying there for a week now.
