    Someone constantly throws their trash in the alley without using cans. Rodents, stray animals & people go through the bags littering the alley and bringing more & more rats.

    PLEASE SEND AN INVESTIGATOR TO FIGURE OUT WHO IS DOING THIS!

    It occurs every trash day and is a serious health hazard.

    We have noticed a large increase in the number of rats in the alley behind our house. There have been multiple requests for alley cleaning but it never gets cleaned. Trash has been strewn everywhere and recently someone doing renovations and yardwork has left refuse all over the alley. This is creating a fantastic environment for rats.
