Three abandoned bicycles chained to a tree and a wooden light pole since January/February 2014, and Never moved.
I reported this via the "Hoboken 311" app more than two months ago in August. (report # 410135).
One month later, I was advised they would be "tagged and removed within 7 days."
After another month of NOT being tagged, a City of Hoboken representative "MRivera" listed the matter as CLOSED / ISSUE COMPLETED. Nevertheless, the abandoned bikes remain untangled and unmoved.
