    When they finished exposing the cobblestones on Franklin between 18th and 19th Street, they put up all of the wrong signs for parking. Nothing makes sense. The parking is supposed to be 2 hour parking between 8-6 but some of those signs are put up with "No Parking" signs. They also took away the one car loading zone that was outside of 1814 E Franklin. It seems as if someone was working from a really old map. This is a residential street and has been for 2 years now.
