The light situation has improved in the neighborhood. This light has been out for a while though. The light is on the south corner of marginal and wilder.

There is a black pick up truck with the plates 622GYL that parks at the corner of wilder and marginal. The pick up turns the street into a one way only street blocking safe traffic for both directions. The owner will also park on the curb blocking safe passage for pedestrians. When the owner leaves.

Light is out making it dangerous for cyclists and pedestrians. This light outage makes me hesitant to visit businesses Downtown at night. Few neighbors have mentioned the same!
