    There are 3 issues right in this single alley way!
    -1301 Bay alley way. Large child's bed mattress.
    -221 13th St NE alley way. 4 very large cardboard boxes. Need to be cut down and put out for the garbage man.
    -245 13th Ave NE alley way. Giant dense piece of concrete left by a developer. It just has to be removed.

    I live on 13th Ave NE and am sick and tired of looking at this stuff!! It's been here for at least a month, some of it even longer. Please try to contact the offending parties..
