    This is a recurring issue. Please fill with a more permanent material, perhaps concrete. In a previous instance the failure actually removed a tire from its rim because it's located as the wheel is turned to make the turn onto W. Jones.

    This pothole is right next to the manhole cover as you turn left onto Jones Street off N. Dawson (that was repaired about a year ago) is again in need of repair. As you will recall the last request was prompted after a tire was removed from its rim because it was at least 6" deep and hitting it as you're turning caused the blowout.

    There is a large chunk of concrete curbing that a truck must have broken off the corner of W. Jones at N. Salisbury. It has been placed on the sidewalk near the curb and it and the damaged drain poses a tripping hazard. This is at a high traffic area near the Planet.

    There is a concrete lane barrier that divides the North/South lanes of Capital Blvd that has been pushed into the South bound lane near the Peace Street exit. If not careful it could take off your cars left side mirror. This location is the worst, there are other barriers that need to be re-positioned between Wade Ave & Peace Street.
