    A dog trainer allowed 4 large dogs to roam free across the entire Paradise Beach area while a large flood control field trip was underway there. She carried lots of equipment for dog needs but allowed them to roam looking for things to chase/hunt until she left the area when she put them on leashes

    There is an elaborate illegal camp site hidden under trees/wild grape canopy in the Tree Mitigation Site at Sutter's Landing Park. Dumping is ongoing and the camp site is active.

    A bike rider rode the narrow foot path above the river at dusk. He rode fast and aggressively and that is dangerous on this narrow trail with many blind spots. He wore bright clothing and riding has become common on this stretch of foot trail.

    I was attacked by 6-8 rock throwing teens as I rode up the trail to cross the bridge over the river about 30 minutes ago. Large rocks were thrown hard aiming at my head & body, one glanced off my foot before I got away. I stopped on the bridge & they started to follow me until they say my phone out. I reported the incident to 911 and warned several other riders of what had happened. This looked like a serious aggressive attack with one kid acting as a spotter while the others hid.

    Adult wearing a black helmet on a large mini bike with wide tires and loud exhaust entered the bike trail at the RR trestle about 5:30 pm heading west at high speed. I tried to flag h off the trail but he gestured and continued.

    A group of well equipted bike riders were riding on a very soft soil trail about 30 minutes ago as I rode home on the bike trail. They appeared to be navigating & exploring and riding aggressively. This seems to be more common now.
