    The default signals after a power outage are that traffic on North Street gets a blinking yellow light, while traffic approaching from School or Orne get a blinking red. This is extremely dangerous if an outage occurs during the daytime when traffic is heavy on North Street as cross traffic has to hope that traffic on North Street is paying attention and will be courteous and let them enter/cross. I would suggest that the default configuration should be a blinking red in all directions, which would allow traffic to operate much more safely and (hopefully somewhat) predictably in a normal 4-stop pattern.

    (Late night timeframe/pattern) Lights on North Street cycling from green to red every ~10 seconds, even without any traffic coming from School or Orne Streets. in fact, light coming from School doesn't even change and stays red during cycle when red on North (at least when there's no traffic). Not sure about Orne St side. I believe the normal function is that the lights on North stay green until traffic is detected on School and/or Orne, or crosswalk is requested. Not sure if the change is intentional or timing/sensors are broken.
