Street Light on South-side of parking lot 1st parking lot south of Allegan Street on the west-side of Pine Street

All the City of Lansing supplied parking lot lights in the lot located at the South-West corner of Pine Street & Allegan Street are OUT.
This is a 24 hour facility & light are critical. Please repair ASAP.

The electrical wiring for the street light on South-side of West Allegan Street 2nd light west of Pine Street is sticking outside of the light pole.

Large pot hole is growing around the edges of a manhole cover in the right lane of W. Allegan Street just east of MLK Blvd.

Street lights are out in the W. Ottawa Street State of Michigan parking lot and along W. Ottawa Street between Pine & Butler Streets.

The street lights in the Butler Street State of Michigan Employee Parking Lot at the corner of Butler & W. Kalamazoo and along Kalamazoo Street from MLK Blivd. to Pine Street are OUT.

Broken Glass from the Streetlight lens has fallen onto the sidewalk at the North-East sidewalk at Michigan Ave & Capitol Ave.

Parking lots lights are off from Butler St. east to Pine St. - north of Kalamazoo Street.

The manhole cover located in the south-side sidewalk of Capitol Ave. directly in front of the alley behind the Romney building at 111 S. Capitol Ave. is loose. The sidewalk concrete around the edges of the manhole cover has broken away. There is an orange colored construction cone sitting on of the manhole cover.

The "No Parking" Sign located on the south side of W. Allegan Street. just east of Pine Street has been knocked down.

Large, deep pothole in right lane as you turn north onto S. Walnut St. from W. St. Joseph St. Could cause vehicle damage.

All the street lights are out on Pine Street, including the parking lots, from W. Allegan Street south to beyond Washtenaw Street. The lights are out in the parking lots and the lot walkway, south of the BWL Chiller Plant Building, as well as the parking lot of 615 W. Allegan St., north-east side of the BWL Chiller Plant building with the entrance directly off Pine Street. This outage is a re-occurring problem that re-appears every 2 or 3 months. All the street lights are out on Pine Street, including the parking lots on the west side of the street, south of W. Allegan Street to W. Washtenaw Street. The lights are out on the parking lot walkway, south of the BWL Chiller Plant Building, as well as the parking lot of 615 W. Allegan St. north of the BWL Chiller Plant building with the entrance directly off Pine Street This problem was reported on 7/21/2014. The repair lasted for almost a month. Lights have been out since Sunday 8/17/2014. Thank you for your assistance.
