    The sidewalk twists because of roots from a tree adjacent the street. It is dangerous and a severe trip hazard. The city should address this and fix it ASAP. The neighbor's is fixed with a bow in the sidewalk which seems nice.

    We bought a house in this neighborhood in June '13, and walk the neighborhood daily. This corner has ALWAYS had at least 100 gallons of water in it. It has NEVER been dry. There is a fire hydrant at that corner, as well as a medium size tree with lots of exposed roots
