Westbound traffic on Railroad Cyn. Rd. has been continually backed-up from 1/2 to 3/4 mile for the last 7 days. It is currently taking 20 to 30 minutes to get through this traffic nightmare. Would someone from the City please acknowledge this problem and provide a plan of action to get this new issue resolved.
