    Vehicles turning left from Columbus Cir NE eastbound block the box and traffic continuing westbound on Columbus Cir NE from Massachusetts Ave NE. This is especially true of the tourist buses either turning left or crossing Columbus Cir from 1st St NE. I have seen the DC Duck Tour buses block the entire intersection for a full signal cycle or more at least three times.

    Previously reported as 16-00713953 which was marked as resolved without any action taken so resubmitting. Intersection is very dangerous for pedestrians. Cars do not stop for pedestrians in the marked crosswalk and speed through the intersection. Some drivers honk at pedestrians in the intersection.
