There is not a turn signal to turn left on Governors coming from Monroe. Only one car can turn left each time the light is green due to traffic coming from the other direction.

Alley not maintained. This has been reported multiple times but all Community Development has done is close the request immediately and drive down the street. Alley can be accessed from Gallatin or Harvard. Multiple violations by property owners on Longwood and Rhett for not maintaining their property in the alley providing a safe haven for Fox and Coyotes.

Notify property owners along Longwood and Rhett that they need to keep their ALLEY property cut. Specifically 213 and 215 Longwood, but all of the property owners with high weeds in the alley between Longwood and Rhett need to be notified.

After work was done to install the new gas lines, rock was placed in the yards of 314 and 316 Rhett. This obviously is a hazard during yard mowing.

I turned this in 2 weeks ago under High Grass Weeds, but apparently you do not read the description or look at photos. All you did was drive down the street. The alley way in between Rhett and Longwood MUST be maintained in order to eliminate dangerous wildlife. When I tried to reopen the same issue, I could not.

IF The property owners are responsible for maintaining the alley please remind the owners on Rhett and Longwood to do so. IF not this needs to be taken care of as to discourage coyotes and other dangerous wildlife from habitation here. Numerous coyote sightings and pets killed. Some property owners are new to the area and others simply dont have gates to the alley.

Please do something about the pack of huge coyotes that roam the streets and alleys surrounding Huntsville High school. I was awaken tonite by a vicious growl of a coyote killing my neighbor's cat under my bedroom window. There were 2 huge coyotes in my front yard and they are still roaming the streets now. Officers did come out but they said they are not allowed to sit and wait and shoot the coyotes.

The BACKYARD has not been cut this year. Also there are buckets in the backyard behind the shed collecting water that will breed mosquitoes and also a pile of debris. This property owner should not be allowed to let the renters mow the lawn.

The trees at the sidewalk on the street need to have the lower limbs pruned that hang over the mail box drops. The PO seems to be confused if this is their property or city property.

Please have an officer patrol Rhett Avenue during the 3:45 PM time to slow down the Huntsville High students that use Rhett Avenue as a speedway. I was just almost hit head on while turning into my own driveway. Person did not slow down and blew their horn. HHS students typically speed doing 45 MPH trying to cut thru on Rhett so they can beat the traffic. Speed monitors DO NOT WORK. These were put up last year. Just one patrol car for a couple of minutes once in a while would help save a life.

Something must be done to direct smokers to the crosswalk on Gallatin from Huntsville Hospital. During all times of the day and night they cross the 5 lane street in traffic, often not even bothering to step onto the curb. The smokers also continue to use the bus stop to sit even though no smoking signs are posted. Someone is going to get hit.
