    Low water pressure in multi unit building. I suspect the old city water lines have calcified and are restricting flow SEVERELY! Cold water supply in all units is extremely low so that a shower is a very HOT shower.

    Fence on SE CORNER THAT ENCLOSES AREA UNDER OVERPASS AT ST VINCENT DE PAUL HAS BLANKETS, tarps and various cloth items draped over fence. This is unsightly and total ghetto look. The homeless are guest in our neighborhood and don't have any right to impose their life style on me, a tax payer.

    Property is posted no trespassing. Under construction and dangerous. Recently tented. Vagrants are cutting tree limbs for blinds and pushing up against fence to obscure view from street by police. They also build ground blinds on property for same purpose. The large homeless population from one place like St. Vincent's is just compounding the homeless problem in this neighborhood. These large populations needs to be spread-out to eliminate this problem.

    1st south parking garage card readers and lack of an attendant. Came in at 2 am Sunday no attendant card reader doesn't work. Had to park on street. Tried again Sunday 9 am same thing. I'm paid up. What gives??
