The three sets of street lights at the intersections of Cottage, Kempton, Mill, and North Sts are totally out of sync. You end up sitting extra because they all turn red one after another, rather than at the same time. Those intersections are not overly busy, so this issue just makes things very inconvenient for the morning commute.

The area of Cottage Street between Bedford and Grove has several potholes that are unavoidable most times of the day.

Small but deep pothole at the top of Hunter St. in between the football fields.

Couple in their 80's live on corner of W. Clinton and Rotch. City has plowed so much snow onto corner and pushed it onto the sidewalk, it is impossible for them to clean up after the city.

There is a large icicle on a power line across the street from my house, in front of 46/48 Cottage.

Many sidewalks are completely unwalkable on Allen Street. I have limited access to a car, and needed to walk to a mailbox, and was forced to walk in the street. Allen Street is far too busy for that, not to mention narrower than usual due to all the snow. Something needs to be done about the sidewalks ASAP.

I'm not sure if this is the right venue to report this, but there is a rooster somewhere on Borden Street, possibly towards Allen. It's becoming a complete nuisance. Unfortunately, I do not know exactly which house is keeping said rooster.

Unbelievably large pot hole. Will cause damage to cars.

Storage facility used by the downtown NB store, The Bedford Merchant. Lot upkeep is constantly neglected, and the mounds of snow in front of the property force pedestrians into the street.
