  • 143 Brookfield Avenue Nashville Tennessee - Belle Meade Highlands
There are several pot holes in the section of Brookfield between Nichol Lane and Hwy 100. Some are fairly shallow, but one in the northbound lane around the area marked could probably hold a volleyball and can cause a lot of damage if hit.
  • 1358 Page Road Nashville, Tennessee - Belle Meade
Recurring problem of rough pavement and potholes is starting to get bad again in this section of Page Road between Belle Meade Blvd and Chickering Road. Worst area is about halfway going from the Blvd to Chickering. There are also smaller potholes starting in both directions all along this section. Since it's already a really narrow road with no shoulder, dodging these potholes and rough pavement is hard to do. Especially at night when already trying to watch for deer from the park crossing the road.

2209 21st Avenue South Nashville, Tennessee - Hillsboro West End
Deep pothole near curb near the Firehall in the southbound lane on 21st Ave South. Site of recurring pothole.
  • Chickering Road Nashville, Tennessee - Forest Hills
There's a large rectangular dip in Chickering Road, about .2 miles from Old Hickory in the northbound lane (going away from Old Hickory). I think it's where Metro Water Dept. was doing some work months ago and then filled in with asphalt when done. That area has now settled and become a pretty abrupt dip in the pavement, basically like a giant pothole. It needs to at least be filled in again until it can be properly paved. (This is a different area than another 1/4 mile down the road where there is ongoing pipeline work.)

6301 Hillsboro Pike Nashville, Tennessee - Forest Hills

There are 3 to 4 basketball-sized potholes in the eastbound lane on Old Hickory Blvd., about .4 miles west of Hillsboro Pike. It's an area that has had lots of previous bad potholes.

Also, there's a giant pothole (about half the size of a car) in the westbound lane on Old Hickory Blvd. about .3 miles east of Hillsboro Pike. This one probably needs to be repaved, not just filled, to have an effective, long-lasting fix. Likely a known problem area to pothole fixers.

Thanks for the attention to fixing these damaging (and annoying) potholes in this high-volume stretch of road.
