    It is simply a mess under the Oakland side of the Fruitvale Bridge. Please, please clean it up. See my pic.

    The garbage and makeshift walls under the Fruitvale Bridge Fishing Pier, at the corner of Alameda Avenue and Tilden, is an enormous mess and out of control. The occupants seem to be frightening children and fishermen/women from using this lovely place. Plus, obvious pollution, since no Porta potties. The area needs to be permanently blocked off with chainlink fencing or the like. Otherwise, it quickly becomes occupied again.

    Out of control homeless encampment under/on Fruitvale Bridge Park & Fishing Pier. Rugs/blankets now line the handrailings. Folks/children who used to fish no longer come here. Probably afraid. No portapotties, so fear biohazard contamination in whole area, endangering marine life, birds.
