There is a huge pothole as you turn into the alleyway east of Avondale School off 108th Avenue. It is right at the entrance to the alleyway. Cars are bottoming out.

There is a very large pothole at the entrance to the alleyway on 108th Avenue near the 102nd Street intersection. Cars are bottoming out when they enter the alleyway and Avondale parking lot.

The easement between 96 Street and 96A Street needs to be mowed. It has not been cut this year. The weeds are out of control.

There is a large pothole when you turn off the 108th Avenue onto the alley to the east of Avondale School. Multiple vehicles are bottoming out when making this turn.

There is a lot of litter along the Canfor fence on 84th.

The road sign of 86 Ave and 96A Street is damaged to the point the sign at the top is hanging, almost falling off.

The easement between 96A Street and 96Street (Highland Park) has a lot of debris in it (an old picnic table, branches, etc) that people have just thrown back there. When the easement is mowed, these are just moved, and the easement is not mowed properly.

The median in the centre of 84th avenue, particularly between 100th Street and 116th Street, is filled with garbage.

104A Street and the other roads surrounding Derek Taylor Public School (not including Mission Heights Drive and Kateri Drive) are a complete mess. One of our buses was stuck while dropping students off today. There are hundreds of vehicles that travel 104A Street to drop off and pick up children, and it is down to one rutted lane. This is also a huge hazard for students who are walking in the area, as cars are sliding all around.
