I brushed away the dog against the brick fence & adjacent to the street light to avoid it being driven over by a car. There is also a black piece of granite 16x16inches next to the dog for reference purposes in locating it. I contacted the animal control & Oakland Police non-emergency # on 09/26/16, Monday to report the dog, but with no activity as of today 09/3016, Friday.
