    The one block of Central Row between Prospect and Main Street is very poorly lit. The area is used by many commuters and the lack of lighting is a safety issue for pedestrians walking. There appears to be a pole in the middle of the block that no longer has a light on it. Please improve lighting before someone gets hurt. Thank you.
  • 1007 Main Street Hartford, Connecticut - Downtown
    This intersection during the evening commute is very often blocked with traffic. Buses that go through the intersection heading north on Main Street cannot get through as a result of cars blocking the intersection when heading east on Morgan Street. Tuesday of this week it took my commuter bus 18 minutes to travel the length of Main Street from Central Row through the Main/Morgan intersection. The intersection should have police directing traffic weekdays 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM. Thank you.
