The street light on Webster St, facing grand ave, cycles through multiple green lights for Grand Ave before turning green for Webster. During the wait, many pedestrians, bicycles, and cars back up for the morning commute. Sometimes pedestrians/bikes get frustrated and just cross Grand Ave during the red light.

This issue was previously reported to ClickFix, and addressed by the City on 11/14/13 (and the issue was closed). However, I can confirm that the issue is still ongoing as of this morning (11/25/13).
