    The sidewalk on Wake Forest Road near the Capital Boulevard overpass next to Watkins Grill floods severely any time it rains to the point that the sidewalk is impassable under 4 inches or more of water and the ground next to the sidewalk becomes a swamp. I know that we've had a lot of rain lately but this happens even during less severe rain events and lingers well after the rain is gone.
