    The roots of a tree have pushed the sidewalk up several inches. This is dangerous at night as there are no lights. Also could be impossible for someone in a wheelchair or buggie.

    On the south west corner of Cary and Nansemond, there is a damaged bollard that needs to be repaired. Something must have run it over in such a way that it now blocks most of the sidewalk ramp. There is no way someone in a wheel chair could get around this thing. Yesterday I saw a blind man get hung up on it with his grocery cart. This is totally unsafe and unacceptable! And the bollard has been like this for months. Please fix!! Will post a picture next time I'm over there.

    The trash can in front of the public parking garage on S Colonial Ave is always overflowing. Can it be removed or trash picked up daily? Today there is a diaper/hazardous waste that has overflowed out of the trash can. Please see picture.

    Reported this same illegal dumping on 7/15/15. The City closed it on 7/24/15 saying everything was picked up but I still see the couch and even more furniture.

    The City needs to post these a few days to a week prior to the day they need cars to move. The working person and those who travel out of town need more of a notice than 12 hours. I've sent in a note about this before and no one ever responded. Thanks!

    South east corner of N Colonial Ave and Floyd Ave has a blocked storm drain. Every time it rains there is a large amount of standing water that extends from the corner through at least half of the block.
