    The alley entrance behind 2912 Riverside Dr on 30th St has a big dip, causing most cars to scrape with fenders etc. on the street.
    Drivers unfamiliar with the area sustain damage to their cars entering and leaving the alley. The picture shows damage to the street surface.
    Any chance this can be leveled out at some point?

    a perfect ankle breaker on the sidewalk in front of 1 N Harvie,
    especially in the dark.

    The tree in front of #3 Harvie lost a large branch several days ago, damaging a parked car. The branch was hollow and looked dead. Other branches and limbs look like they might be hollow/dead as well. I would request that the city inspect the tree (corner of #3 and alley) and take measures if needed.
