    Main St. Winsted, CT - Winsted
    The town has increased there fines to residents for failure to clear snow off the sidewalks. The new project that was completed left main street narrower making it impossible to park on the west side of main street, and have a passenger exit there car. Sidewalks are not cleared after a snowstorm! So... who owns these sidewalks, and why are they not being cleared?

    Should be filled in before they get worse. Im sure the town can do a better job. They don't need to sit at O&G for an hour long break in the morning.
