I requested a trash can replacement on October 15 after the trash man removed our damaged can that they damaged. I have followed up as to the status of receiving a new can and have gotten the 7-10 day comment, the 10-15 day comment, and no comment to on-line request. It is now, November 12, and still no trash can. Any chance I can get one?
